Privacy notice

resaleshdb.sg is operated by Kydos Pte Ltd ("we", "us"). This notice explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Free-sample and invoice requests: name, company, work email, business segment, chosen town, UEN (optional), your message, and whether you consented to marketing.
• Homeowner agent requests: name, mobile, optional email, what you want to do (sell, buy, rent), area, timing and your message. With your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, we share these with up to 3 CEA-registered agents so they can contact you about that request. We don't share them for any other purpose.
• Agents: profile claims and featured-spot bookings: name, CEA registration number, agency, email, phone and the text you ask us to show. Featured spots show your name, agency, CEA number, one line about you and your WhatsApp number publicly.
• Purchases: handled by Stripe. We receive your email, company name, billing address, tax ID and order details. We never see or store full card or bank details.
• Consent records: the date, the consent wording shown to you, IP address and browser user agent when you give or withdraw consent.
• Site analytics: Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data through cookies.

The price checker itself needs no sign-up and collects no personal data beyond analytics.

Why we use it

• To deliver the sample or files you asked for, provide receipts, invoices and support, and keep records for tax purposes.
• To send product updates and offers, only if you ticked the marketing box and confirmed your email. The box is never pre-ticked.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

Withdrawing consent

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email support@resaleshdb.sg. We stop marketing to you straight away and keep a record of the withdrawal.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that run the service for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email), Netlify (hosting) and Google (analytics). Some of them process data outside Singapore under contractual protections comparable to the PDPA. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for 5 years (tax requirements). Leads who never buy are deleted 24 months after last contact. Consent records are kept as long as needed to prove consent.
