Terms of sale & use

These terms apply to data packs sold on resaleshdb.sg by Kydos Pte Ltd. By buying or downloading a pack, including a free sample, you agree to them.

1. What you buy

A pack is a digital file (Excel, CSV and JSON) compiled from Singapore government open data and OneMap. Contents, fields and the data-as-of date are described on the product page and in the README sheet of each pack.

2. Licence

• We grant the purchasing organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pack internally: analysis, CRM, route planning, marketing planning, and internal products and reports.
• You may show extracts, charts and derived insights to your clients.
• You may not resell, sublicense or publicly republish the pack, or a substantial part of it, as a dataset.
• Underlying government data remains available under the Singapore Open Data Licence. These terms cover our compilation, cleaning, geocoding and derived fields.

3. Payment and delivery

Prices are in SGD and charged by Stripe on behalf of Kydos Pte Ltd. Download links are emailed after payment. They are valid for 7 days, for up to 10 downloads. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

Packs are delivered instantly, so sales are final once a download link has been used. If a file is faulty, or materially different from its description, tell us within 14 days and we'll correct it or refund you. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

5. Accuracy

We compile the data carefully but it is provided "as is". Source data can contain errors or delays. Rents are owner-declared. Distances are straight-line. MOP flags are estimates. Nothing is financial, legal or valuation advice. Our total liability for any pack is limited to the amount you paid for it.
